Our mechanical and process engineering group can custom design equipment or match standard equipment to meet our customers requirements. Engineering for development of equipment and processes meet or exceed all code compliances mandated by government standards. Design of new or modifications of existing equipment.

Heat transfer of well bore fluids and gases utilizing outside heat sources and equipment.
Stress evaluation of heat, pressure and weight loads.
Inspection Services
Canal Energy & Services, Inc. maintains our own Inspection Department. All our inspectors are certified with one or more certification discipline i.e. ASNT, AWS, API, and ASME. All levels of inspection are accomplished within this department.
Testing services are achieved through multiple phases. Hydrostatic pressure testing, air, H2O, N2, static testing, crash & drop testing, and load testing are all part of these services.
Certification of compliance can be issued to all equipment meeting specified code requirements. Code compliance review of appropriate specifications and required code functions can be achieved utilizing our trained engineering and inspection personal.
