SPECIALTY BOILERS

Steam is by far the safest and best heat source available in offshore environments today. The proper selection and matching of equipment is critical to deepwater oil & gas well testing and production. In addition to our standard 200hp, 150 PSI, 350°F boiler package we can now match hi-pressure, hi-heat boiler units to our new heat exchangers to 19.3 MMBTU/HR for heat transfer never before realized.

SPECIALTY HEAT EXCHANGERS

The need of rapidly heating large flow rates of high pressure well fluids and gas is achieved by means of a radical new heat process developed by Canal Energy & Services, Inc. We can maintain gas rates of 80 MMSCFD with working pressures to 10,000 PSI and temperatures to 19,000,000 BTU/Hr and 450°F utilizing heat mediums of steam, hot water, hot oil or exhaust gas. This proven equipment is being utilized in both production and well bore testing. Because of high pressure, high flow rates and high flow temperatures this equipment can be used to clean existing production units with excellent success. Our offshore equipment meets all code standards API 14C, ASME, DNV, USCG, MMS, and NACE MR-01.

METHANOL SERVICES

We at Canal Energy & Services, Inc. realize that offshore safety is a paramount issue. To that end we have developed a safety system for delivering methanol to your offshore systems. We utilize DOT certified pressure vessel tanks and incorporate a stainless steel delivery manifold with fail safe closed fluid valves, an ESD panel with pneumatic charged fire loop and internal tank valve with heat links. Delivery of product to multiple locations thru a meter station and fluid counter assure fluid accountability. We can also supply appropriate fire fighting equipment for methanol usage.

WELL TESTING

Well testing is a major component of our core business functions. Canal Energy & Services, Inc., since 1971, has been involved in more well tests within the GOM than any other single company. Our personnel and equipment have been involved in more world records than any other single company.

Production and Facilities Heating

Our new high pressure, ultra high heat and large volume heat exchangers are ideal for increasing well production anywhere that obstructions in process equipment has occurred and anywhere that induced heat can change or increase well bore flow rates. Our equipment has been used and works exceptionally well in the removal of paraffin no matter where it is, pipeline or production facilities.
